Originally from Berkshire, Woodie studied art and design at Henley and graduated in 1995. He went straight into a role at an design and print company but quickly moved into illustration and character design.

Working in a freelance capacity allowed him to explore multiple projects. His work has been featured in New Media Age and Create Online magazine and has won the ‘Best use of new Media’ award in Campaign magazine and been nominated at the ‘BIMA’ awards. In 2004 he created a successful T-shirt brand and in 2007 he founded and created the web agency Wridal.

Through out all of these achievements Woodie’s longing to explore a purely artist existence has inevitable prevailed. Since dedicating himself to art Woodie has exhibited across London with pieces in Bangkok & Pakistan. He currently lives and works in Leytonstone, East London. Woodie is a prolific artist who enjoys to adopt and develop innovative concepts, delivering them through an extensive variety of materials and methods.
